We process orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3-7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Domestic): 1-3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-15 business days (varies by location)

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free standard shipping on every order within Pakistan.

3. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to multiple countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary—check your cart for details.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

6. How do I return an item?

If you need to return an item, follow these simple steps:

    1. Contact Our Support Team

      • Email us at zayriyon1099@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

      • We’ll verify your request and provide return instructions.

    2. Pack the Item Securely

      • Place the unused, undamaged item in its original packaging (with tags attached).

      • Include the original invoice/packing slip inside the package.

    3. Ship the Item Back to Us

      • Use any reliable courier service (e.g., TCS, FedEx, DHL).

      • Address the package to:

      • Keep the courier receipt/tracking number for reference.

    4. Refund Processing

      • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process the refund within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect (in which case, we cover the cost).

8. How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
